INCLUSIONS

Up to 2 hours on property (depending on the services chosen, usually it's less than an hour).
24-48 hour turn-around after shoot is completed except under rare situations.
Prep lists are available upon request for realtors and sellers.
Limited license is granted to the purchaser for use of the images for marketing for a period lasting the length of time the listing is active and ONLY TO MARKET LISTINGS. Images are NOT available to any third party without express written consent from True North Productions/Alvo Dabney (Owner)
For use of images for marketing purposes extending beyond just marketing the listing (brochures, ads, other print/digital media materials) you must obtain a license.

POLICIES

PAYMENT
- No upfront payment is required to book a shoot. However, final media will not be downloadable without payment through invoice at delivery.
EDITING
- While some advanced editing such as sky replacements are available, minimal "photoshopping" will be typically allowed for the photos. This is done to protect both the photographer(s) and the agent legally as it could result in misrepresentation.
USAGE
- All photos are allowed to be used by the commissioning agent until the home sells. For use AFTER the listing is sold, you must obtain consent and license from True North Productions/Alvo Dabney (Owner). True North Productions owns all rights to all photos taken and only grants usage rights.
